Refund policy
The consumer has a 7 days withdrawal period starting from the date of delivery of their package without the need to provide any justification.
Returns:
To be accepted by AMELIA, the return must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be returned to AMELIA (the return address will be provided via email) no later than 7 days from the receipt of the package you wish to return.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (including packaging, accessories, user manual, if possible), ensuring they are in "like-new" condition, along with the purchase invoice.
- Products must not be damaged, soiled, or incomplete.
- Products must not emit any body odor, perfume, or detergent scent.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; likewise, costs for reshipping a product are borne by the customer.
- Reason for your return (e.g., too big, doesn’t suit me, etc.)
Once the above conditions are met and we have received your return, we will check the returned product's condition.
Within 7 days of receiving your return, AMELIA will refund the amount paid for the returned items, excluding shipping costs.
Please note that the return costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility.
AMELIA will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. To initiate your return, please notify us by email at the following address: MAIL, specifying:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your address
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Reason for your return (e.g., too big, doesn’t suit me, etc.)
You can also use the withdrawal form available in the annex at the bottom of the Terms & Conditions.
In case of a dispute, it is your responsibility to prove that you respected the withdrawal period outlined above.
AMELIA will refund you using the same payment method as the initial purchase.

In Case of a Defective Product or Order Error:
A solution will be proposed on a case-by-case basis after discussing the issue with you. An alternative to return or refund may be offered with your agreement. In some cases, the return costs will be covered by AMELIA. Please contact us by email in such cases.
